Abstract: To plan a further development in the next five years, Gendone organized all executives to attend the seminar on Learning from Huawei hosted by Geonol Business School in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, with the theme of "Let every business unit become an engine for effective growth".

In the next five years, how will Gendone catch the opportunity to achieve leapfrog development?
On December 17th-18th, 2020, Gendone held management meeting of various business departments and planning meetings of functional departments, then comprehensively formulated the operating budget and development plan for 2021. On December 26th-28th, to plan a further development in the next five years, Gendone organized all executives to attend the seminar on Learning from Huawei hosted by Geonol Business School in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, with the theme of "Let every business unit become an engine for effective growth".
During the seminar, all executives unified strategic ideas and words, analyzed the development shortcomings and growth opportunities by using the "market five views" and the "competition radar chart", and constructed the strategic control points for sustained and effective growth by analyzing the value proposition of business design. Everyone studied, discussed, reviewed and outputted, thus formulated the five-year strategic plan of Gendone - the "Moon Clasping Plan".
At the seminar in order to decode various key missions, Gendone’s five-year plan, the "Moon Clasping Plan" was jointly interpreted from linguistic problems into math and graphics problems. All executives learned the way of running a business by "copying homework"; knew the "two sabers" to achieve multiplying performance -"adopted benchmarking externally, summary and reflect internally"; understood the "three swords" to inspire organizational vitality-"seeking for talents, spending money like water, fighting like warriors". All the ideas and methods guarantee the success of the "Moon Clasping Plan"!
On December 29th, 2020, all executives of Gendone gathered at the "Moon Clasping Chamber" tea house nearby West Lake in Hangzhou to hold a closed-door seminar to thoroughly devise the "Moon Clasping Plan". Although it was already winter at that time, the lake was sparkling, the willows were whirling on the shore, the Leifeng Pagoda on the distant mountains was faintly visible...
At the closed-door seminar, nobody had time to take care of the surrounding scenery. The general managers of every business department and the heads of functional departments shared their insights, gains and actions. With realizing the gap between individuals and teams, they made a comprehensive simulation from the aspects of strategy planning, strategy decoding and strategy implementation.
Finally, all the executives reached a consensus: the goal of Gendone’s "Moon Clasping Plan" is to achieve operating income of 1 billion yuan in 2025! Become the top one in China's feed additive market segment! "Moon Clasping Plan" formulated in Hangzhou by Gendone will surely become a glorious milestone in Gendone's history!
